
Do I need reservations?
We suggest you reserve appointments prior to your arrival as services are limited. A credit card is required to guarantee services at the time of reservation. We recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, but encourage earlier arrival to enjoy the Aquae Ritual. Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time.
All Spa Aquae guests must be 18 years of age or older.

How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
We recommend you arrive at minimum 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, but encourage earlier arrival to enjoy the Aquae Ritual. Many guests spend up to an hour or more indulging in the seven steps of the Aquae Ritual. To receive full benefit of any treatment, we suggest you shower prior to your appointment.
What do I need to bring?
We will provide you with a robe, sandals and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. Please leave cell phones in lockers on silent during your time with us.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred.
Our therapists are trained to properly drape any body part not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist.
Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability?
Yes. Please inform us when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies, or any other condition we should be aware of.
Is gratuity included in the price of the treatment?
For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to your service upon arrival, however you may adjust this as you wish.
What if I must cancel my appointment?
A 4-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged full price for a scheduled spa service. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.
Are discounts available?
Each month we offer specials at a discounted price. We also have packages where we've combined popular treatments together at a discounted price. If you're a Las Vegas local or are staying in the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort hotel please mention that when making reservations to see what discounts are available. Please note that hotel guest and local discounts cannot be combined with monthly specials or spa packages.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates may be purchased by the treatment or dollar amount for services or products.
Can I order beverages or snacks?
Yes. Select items from our resort Room Service menu are available to order and enjoy during your time with us, including salads, sandwiches, beverages and other treats. You can place your order upon arrival with our Spa Desk or Locker Room Attendants, or prior to arrival when making your reservation. Guests can enjoy food and drinks on the Hydrotherapy Circuit Pool patio or in the lounge areas of each locker room, and drinks in the Salon. Click here to review the menu.
